A leading security solutions provider in Scotland is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales of Fire & Security products. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and excellent communication skills. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of up to £45,000 with high uncapped earnings potential, including a car allowance. Candidates should be self-motivated and effective in managing client relationships.
Up to £45,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE
We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company that offers a wide range of Fire & Security products and services such as CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and Fire Systems.
Currently based in Glasgow, this is a 360 sales position where you will identify, pursue and arrange meetings with prospects, and close sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland. Multiple fire and security solutions revenue streams are available for you to leverage.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in selling these types of products and services and who understands the ideal customer profile. You will be responsible for developing and further growing your accounts, managing them effectively, and creating additional opportunities whenever possible.
You must be personable, self‑motivated, and possess exceptional communication skills. This position offers genuine earning potential and great reward for sales achievement. Basic salary can be up to £45,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning around double this amount through bonus earnings. A driving licence is essential, and a car allowance or company car is also included.
