A forward-looking automotive retailer in Christchurch is seeking a People and Culture Assistant. This challenging role requires previous sales experience in the automotive industry and a motorcycle licence. You will focus on customer care, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Destination Motorcycles dealership in Christchurch, Dorset.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturdays* 08:30-18:00 (1st April – 30th September)
Monday – Friday 08:30- 17:00, Saturdays* 08:30-16:30 (1st October – 31st March)
*Day off during the week in lieu of Saturday working.
