Qualifications

• Previous experience of RTA / EL / PL claims handling is preferable.
• Knowledge of Pre Action Protocols, CPR, and relevant statutes.
• Experience in a law firm or insurance company environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling a caseload of Claimant Employers Liability claims.
• Completing investigations and legal research for claims.
• Drafting necessary documents for court proceedings.
