A leading asset management firm in Macclesfield is seeking a skilled Revit Technician to support Facilities Management of an expansive asset portfolio. You will create and manage Building Information Models while ensuring effective data transmission to the Common Data Environment. Qualifications

• Skilled in Revit or BIM with a focus on high-quality Building Information Models.
• Ability to create, edit, and manage modelled information effectively.
• Experience in conducting site surveys for data validation.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage modelled information using Revit.
• Ensure all updates are accurately transmitted to the Common Data Environment.
• Conduct site surveys to validate existing or newly acquired data.
• Align content with company standards and best practices.

Skills

Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment

Knowledge of ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices

Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination

Skills in drawing/document control and COBie data population

Understanding of AutoCAD and MEP engineering

We're looking for someone who's not just technically capable, but passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models that make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create, edit, and manage modelled information using Revit.
• Ensure all updates are accurately transmitted to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and accessible to end users.
• Conduct site surveys to validate existing or newly acquired data.
• Develop content that aligns with company standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience with:

• ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment
• ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices
• Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
• Drawing/document control and COBie data population
• AutoCAD and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering
