Retrofit Coordination Manager – Preston

Up to £65,000 + up to 16% bonus + car allowance

Full-time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Retrofit Coordination Manager to lead our coordination function within a growing Net Zero delivery team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimise retrofit delivery processes across a range of SHDF and ECO programmes, ensuring excellence, compliance, and innovation in every project.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Net Zero Director, the Retrofit Coordination Manager will oversee a team of three Retrofit Coordinators, providing technical leadership, guidance, and operational oversight.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring all retrofit coordination activity meets PAS 2035 standards, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining robust quality assurance processes. The role also includes direct engagement with clients and partners, ensuring strong communication and smooth project delivery across all schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of Retrofit Coordinators, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Oversee the technical and procedural aspects of retrofit coordination in line with PAS 2035.
• Manage coordination across SHDF and ECO programmes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Review and refine internal processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and data integrity.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing expert technical guidance.
• Work closely with the Net Zero Director to implement best practice and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll be an organised, technically skilled professional with a deep understanding of the retrofit process and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and process optimisation.
