Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to be the operational backbone for our retail estate. You will lead the execution of trading campaigns, manage retail workload, drive cost efficiency, oversee central support and supplier relationships, and act as the bridge between central teams and the stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of trading moments, seasonal campaigns, and retail projects
  • Manage workloads, process burdens, and administrative tasks to free up store managers’ customer time
  • Serve as the central point of liaison between retail operations, stores, suppliers, and other business forums
  • Monitor and manage budgets, cost control, and supplier contracts
  • Identify and implement service improvements, cost efficiencies, and process enhancements
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in health & safety across stores
  • Use data and metrics to identify opportunities, track performance, and drive improvement
  • Communicate, influence, and build relationships across multiple teams

*Please note* This is not suitable for someone with just Store Management experience.
