About the Role

As a “Researcher” you will be researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate valuable data insights for our clients. You will receive full training from our in‑house Research Training Manager, including 1:1 training, group workshops, and on‑the‑job coaching.

Key Accountabilities
  • Research current construction projects in detail using telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
  • Interact directly with clients through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on construction information.
  • Manage your own workload to ensure project information is current, correct, and delivered on time to meet departmental expectations.
  • Achieve KPI measures around project volume and quality data gathered.
  • Consult with other colleagues within the businessli>
  • Build relationships with contacts within the construction industry.
Requirements
  • Desirable, but not essential, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inbound or outbound calling role, this could be in a contact centre, customer service or similar.
  • Active listener.

  • Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high‑quality output.
