A multinational beauty company is seeking a Regulatory Manager Ingredients to lead their regulatory governance team. Our Regulatory Manager Ingredients is a key part of the Regulatory team in No7 Beauty Company. This role sits in the Regulatory Governance team, which ensure that No7BC has the right processes and tools to manage: Horizon Scanning, Chemicals and a framework of regulatory positions, policies and processes. This is key to enable No7BC to deliver its NPD, EPD and Innovation strategy, with minimum disruption and maximum differentiation.
As Regulatory Manager Ingredients you will lead a team to deliver analysis of the global legislative landscape and market trends; ensuring No7BC has access to high quality, timely cosmetic chemicals expertise, backed up by robust internal chemical monitoring processes.
You will also be the strategic lead to deliver our Horizon Scanning strategy and work with a team of global regulatory experts, as well as with an array of stakeholders and functions both within and external to the business.
