A community healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Palliative Helpline. The role includes providing telephone advice, conducting home visits, and supporting care assistants. Ideal candidates will be passionate about end-of-life care and have the ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality support to patients and families in their homes. Salary range is £36,453.76 to £43,896.54 annually, depending on experience.

Location:Based at St Luke’s Hospice and working across the geographical boundaries of NHS Brent & Harrow GP registered patients, HA3 0YG

As part of the requirements of the NWL ICB model of care, this service will be developed to provide support for patients and families 24 hours a day. Therefore, the post holder may be expected to work shift patterns including night shifts as part of the service development.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This role will involve providing professional telephone advice, assessing and coordinating urgent care packages, and delivering face-to-face crisis visits for patients in the community. You will also support and guide Healthcare Assistants to ensure high-quality care is provided in patients’ homes.
