A leading engineering company in Cookstown is seeking a Regional Service Engineer to provide aftersales support across the UK and Ireland. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance tasks, and customer interactions. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and be skilled in interpreting mechanical drawings. The role may require extensive regional travel and occasional work outside normal hours.

Provide aftersales support for all customers within region. Troubleshoot issues independently or coordinate additional resources. Carry out planned/unplanned maintenance including PMI visits and customer breakdowns. Act as an ambassador for CDE by ‘Putting the Customer First’. Support the wider CustomCare team through site and customer visits where required and liaise with the Engineering team to develop technical solutions. Provide detailed, customer‑focused reports from site visits back to the operations team to record progress and recommend future improvements. Extensive travel throughout the region. Working outside normal hours may be required.
