Just a regular guy that hires top talent for one of UK’s largest privately held software companies. 🏆

Help organisations hire better. Support clients through seamless onboarding. Make a real difference from day one.

This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, or client-facing implementation experience to join IRIS and play an important part in how organisations across the UK manage their hiring.

You’ll work with new customers as they get started with Networx – our award-winning applicant tracking system used by thousands of HR and Talent teams. Your role is to help clients understand how the system fits their recruitment needs, configure it in a way that works for them, and make sure they feel confident and supported from the moment they sign up.

If you’ve worked in recruitment, HR tech, ATS platforms, or SaaS onboarding, this role will feel like home.

Why This Role Matters

Every organisation’s journey with IRIS begins with you.

Your support helps HR teams reduce admin, improve compliance, hire more efficiently, and give candidates a better experience. You won’t just configure a system – you’ll shape how organisations recruit.

About the Team You’ll Join

You’ll join a supportive team of eight Implementation Consultants who work closely together, share best practice, and help each other deliver brilliant customer experiences. It’s an environment where you can learn, grow, and build your career.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Guide new customers through the full setup of their recruitment system
  • Understand each organisation’s hiring processes and translate them into simple, effective workflows
  • Configure the platform so it reflects how they advertise, shortlist, communicate with candidates, and make offers
  • Deliver friendly, clear training sessions for users of all experience levels
  • Keep customers informed, on track, and supported from first call to go-live
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with HR and Talent teams
  • Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support
  • Occasionally travel to client sites when needed

Your goal is simple: make sure every customer gets the best possible start and feels set up for success.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from people with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Recruitment, HR, ATS systems, or onboarding new clients
  • SaaS implementation or customer-facing consulting
  • Explaining processes and technology in a simple, supportive way
  • Working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and offering practical solutions
  • Managing multiple projects and staying organised
  • Building strong relationships and staying calm under pressure

If you’re comfortable learning new systems, enjoy talking to customers, and take pride in delivering great service, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Gain
  • Hands-on experience with one of the UK’s most trusted recruitment platforms
  • A chance to develop both your technical and customer-facing skills
  • Exposure to a wide mix of clients and industries
  • A friendly, collaborative team that supports each other
  • Clear career progression opportunities within IRIS Professional Services
Our Application Process

We like to keep things simple, transparent, and fair:

Send your CV and a few details. No long forms.

  • A chat with our Talent team.
  • Two short assessments:
  • CCAT (15-minute timed test).

3️⃣ Interview with our Professional Services team (MS Teams)

A discussion about how you work with clients, how you approach problem-solving, and what you’re looking for next.

If you enjoy helping people, understand how recruitment works, and want to be part of a team that makes hiring easier for organisations across the UK, we’d love to hear from you.
