A leading training provider in Oxford seeks a Recruitment and Outreach Advisor to enhance apprenticeship recruitment and engage with educational partners. You will manage applicant pipelines and coordinate outreach activities in STEM. Ideal candidates should possess a qualification in employability and a solid understanding of the engineering sector. MTC Training is a multi-award winning Independent Training Provider delivering high quality engineering apprenticeships and upskilling training courses.
The Recruitment and Outreach Advisor will support the MTC Training team in all aspects of apprenticeship recruitment, STEM engagement with Schools and Education partners, whilst also providing a fair and professional recruitment service, reporting to the Customer Excellence Manager.
The role is part of the Customer Excellence team, and a wider Training and Skills Team that work closely together across locations to enable the business to achieve its apprenticeship targets, delivering the UK’s next generation of engineers.
The successful candidate will be a self‑starter, able to work under limited supervision to hit targets and work well in an unstructured environment.

The successful applicant will be required to promptly complete training relating to safeguarding and prevent and is expected to undertake ongoing training in relation to children’s safety and wellbeing.
