Kensa is at the forefront of the UK’s transition to low‑carbon heating. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to ensure our projects are commercially sound and delivered efficiently, helping us scale renewable heating solutions nationwide.

Base Pay Range

Location: Flexible (UK-wide travel required for site visits and supplier meetings). Contract: Permanent, full-time. Salary: Competitive salary circa £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience).

What You’ll Do

  • Managing cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple projects.
  • Preparing and analysing tenders, bills of quantities, and scopes of work.
  • Leading commercial administration of NEC, JCT, and bespoke contract forms.
  • Supporting procurement activities and building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Working closely with project managers to track progress and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Negotiating variations, managing risk, and agreeing final accounts.
  • Providing clear commercial insight to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the growth of our renewable energy projects.
