What you’ll do:As a Quality Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving product quality standards. You will: * Perform quality control inspections on incoming stock, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet established specifications and standards.* Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on products.* Document and report inspection results, including non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective actions.* Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and propose process optimisations.* Liaise with other operators and Operational teams to address Quality issues.* Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.* Complete day to day admin duties, including data management and reporting.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Proven experience as a Quality Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.* Understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques is advantageous.* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry systems.The position is initially day based but will move to a shift rotation in 2026, It’s important the successful candidate can commit to the shift rotation.
