Responsibilities

• Identifyandcommunicateobjectivestoprojectteaminaccordancewithcontractterms,scopeofworkandcompanypolicies.
• Initiatesprojectsinlinewithcorporateprojectmanagementguidelines,includingproductionandmaintenanceof
• ProjectExecutionPlan,todefinecomprehensiveprojectrequirements.
• Primarypointofcontactwithclientsforallcommercialandcontractualmatters.
• Developandmaintainproductiveworkingrelationshipandmanagekeystakeholderexpectations.
• Responsibleforprojectperformanceincludingprojectexpenditure,revenueforecastsandcashflowtargetswithinprojectschedule.
• Definingresourcerequirementsofprojectinliaisonwithengineeringmanager.
• Workwithprojectengineeringmanagertobalanceworkloadthroughscheduling,re-assignmentofwork,reviewofprojectfocusandissueresolutionwhichinhibitprojectsuccess.
• Monitorprogressofprojectscopeandaccuratelyreportprogresstokeystakeholders
• Escalateanyrisksandissues.
• Ensuretechnicalconsistencyandqualityisachievedthroughouttheproject.
• Assess variances from project scope, plans, budgets and schedules. Develop and implement changes, as necessary, to meet project scope within time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Able to lead the engineering proposal development including development of execution plans, organisational and subcontractor requirements, project schedules and CTRs.
• OverseeallHealth,Safety,EnvironmentalandSecurityrequirementsacrossProjects.
• EnsureworkiscarriedoutinaccordancewiththeCompanyQualityPolicyandprocedures.
• Identifypotentialareasforimprovementincurrentmethodologies.
