The successful candidate will manage claims, work closely with a partner in high-value litigation, and have 0-3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in claims against professionals.
  • Required legal qualification as a Solicitor or FILEX.
  • Strong knowledge of types of disputes handled.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing documents and preparing reports.
  • Handling smaller matters independently.
  • Liaising with clients and conducting investigations.
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA Code and Service Standards.

Skills

Experience in claims against professionals
Legal qualification required i.e. Solicitor / FILEX
Knowledge of disputes handled by insurer clients
Ability to prioritise workload
Effective written communication
Attention to detail
Experience with case management systems
Efficient work to hit billing targets
Skills dealing with major litigation
