About the Role

As a PR&Media Executive, you will play a key role in driving media relations, securing press coverage, and executing PR campaigns that elevate TCL’s brand visibility and product awareness in the UK market. Working closely with PR agencies, media partners, and influencers, you will manage day-to-day PR activities while contributing to the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

You will also support the creation of press materials, track media performance, and help shape product review and award strategies. Additionally, the role offers exposure to wider brand marketing activities, including events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns — making it a fantastic opportunity to develop both PR and brand marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Media Relations & PR Execution
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of PR campaigns in line with the EUBG and UK editorial calendar, collaborating with PR agencies to deliver impactful media outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national journalists, tech media, and industry partners.
  • Lead and execute seasonal PR campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and brand activations independently.
Content Creation & Media Materials
  • Develop written materials including press releases, media mailers, coverage reports, product test reviews, and press kits.
  • Create content to support media outreach and product seeding campaigns.
Coverage Tracking & Database Management
  • Manage and maintain TCL’s media coverage tracker and media contact database.
  • Prepare quarterly PR reports summarizing campaign performance, media coverage, and key highlights.
  • Develop and execute the annual UK product test review and award submission strategy.
  • Work closely with tech journalists to secure key product reviews and award recognitions for TCL’s product range.
Influencer & KOL Program
  • Manage KOL product review programs end-to-end, including sourcing and onboarding KOLs, creating content briefs and media kits, maintaining communication throughout the collaboration, tracking review progress, providing admin support, and optimising content performance across platforms.
  • Support the development of quarterly PR strategies aligned with key trading windows and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure PR efforts are fully integrated with wider marketing activities.
Event Support
  • Support the planning and execution of PR and marketing events, including logistics coordination, guest list management, and on-site support.
  • Oversee TCL’s brand look & feel at press or customer-facing events, ensuring consistent implementation of brand guidelines and marketing materials.
Wider Brand Marketing Campaign Support
  • Provide support on broader brand marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, event activations, and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and execution across all touchpoints, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
