Role Description

The AV Executive is tasked with playing a vital role within an integrated Investment team. You will work closely with the wider Investment team to deliver critical business whilst having autonomy to develop video and audio buying skills within the team. You will have excellent people skills, and the role is requiring an eager, proactive and energetic person, who is interested in beginning a career in media. The AV Executive is an important position within the integrated investment process and supports the team as they build out the approach for multiple media types including TV, BVOD, Radio & Cinema.

This person should like working with numbers, have great communication skills, work well in a team environment and have a level of curiosity that infects the entire team that works with you on campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client

  • Respond to client requests proactively

Internal

  • Attend company events and department wide meetings
  • Learn key programs and tools
  • Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings and value, ensuring accuracy for internal team
  • Assist in evaluating partner proposals
  • Responsible for smooth running of day-to-day activities
  • Reviewing system to ensure bookings are accurate
  • Lead on day-to-day buying of campaigns, including TV, and speaking to media owners when appropriate
  • Leading on reporting requirements for client campaigns
  • Integral in campaign set up for brands
  • Be responsible for billing discrepancies and produce resolutions
  • Participate in analysis and post campaign summary
  • Coordination and scheduling of partner and team meetings
  • Participate in departmental projects as requested

Commercial

  • Timely resolution of billing discrepancies
  • Ensures and advocates for partner relationships
