Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Managing the PMO mailbox and responding promptly to queries
  • Coordinating and booking meetings, including logistics for governance forums
  • Assisting with procurement activities and processing purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and centralised repositories
  • Generating and processing reports and datasets to support governance
  • Administering PMO tools such as SharePoint, Jira and PowerBI
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and recommending automation
