• Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
• Conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Perform plastering and associated works on void and occupied properties.
• Ensure high-quality work standards.
• Work efficiently and report difficulties.

Overview

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Brighton. They are looking for experienced Plasterers with multi-trade experience to join an expanding team on a long-term social housing contract. Plastering and internal decoration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
• PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Plastering and associated works on void and occupied properties.
• Ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
• Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and report difficulties to the Resource Controller and/or Supervisor.

Details

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay: £190 per day.
