About the Role

We are seeking an EMEA Planning Manager to lead the Zotefoams Planning team in optimising manufacturing plans and inventory across all levels. This role is central to ensuring customers are supplied on time and in full, while balancing efficiency and cost.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the EMEA Planning team, setting direction, priorities, and building capability to deliver strong performance.
  • Control and optimise inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in the EMEA region.
  • Manage the supply plan for the Zotek range of high-value products, including direct management of third-party steps.
  • Improve planning capability through enhanced tools, processes, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Run the supply step of Zotefoams’ global S&OP process.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Champion the effective use and development of Zotefoams’ ERP system.
What you\'ll need
  • At least 5 years of planning management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong practical experience of ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement within planning.
  • Proven people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and lead a high-performing team.
