An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pharmacy assistant to join our healthcare teams in Forth Valley Prisons. We are recruiting dynamic, compassionate and enthusiastic pharmacy assistants who want to be part of our multidisciplinary, integrated team. If you are looking for increased job satisfaction, a variety of challenging and exciting roles, then come and join Forth Valley Prison Healthcare.

You will be a vital part of a holistic service, making a significant contribution to the health care needs, outcomes and experience of a complex and vulnerable population while working in partnership with the Scottish prison Service. The post holder will have previous experience in a pharmaceutical setting, work as part of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously, be ambitious and committed, and support the development of a modern and innovative healthcare service.

All posts are at times subject to rotation. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
