What You’ll Do

Cornerstone Bank is looking for a full‑time Personal Banker to join our professional team in Rugby. The incumbent will perform the duties of a Personal Banker and assist other Personal Bankers. Responsibilities include collateral perfection, tracking, monitoring, tickler resolution, and support for timely loan closings/account openings. The role also handles walk‑in bank traffic for loan and deposit needs using a customer‑focused, needs‑based approach to educate clients about banking options.

Background & Experience

High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
