People Performance Management Specialist - Volunteer

Support the implementation of an enhanced performance management framework, enforcing IYF performance management policy, system, guidance and tools for staff and other personnel to strengthen the objectivity, credibility and reliability of the performance management framework.

What will you be doing?

The role of the Central Human Resources Division (CHRD) is to provide the IYF and its leadership with the best strategic HR advice. Leading the provision of HR business-focused services; the team delivers best-practice HR services and interventions that deliver results.

  • Participate in the development of performance management policies, procedures and work plans with both short and long-term objectives.
  • Support the implementation of CHRD work plan; effective implementation of the internal control, proper design and functioning of the HR performance management system.
  • Analyze and review performance management and procedures and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Management of HR performance management in the IYF HR system, including tracking of annual performance evaluation processes across all positions.
  • Compile data, produce information and interpret results through conclusion, and develop performance management reports and insights, as assigned.
  • Support BOM/CHRD business processes on mapping and elaboration/establishment of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in performance management and control of the workflows in the CHRD.
  • Design and implementation of training for senior staff on performance management trends and issues.
