The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, an excellent communicator, and passionate about supporting people and culture.

What you’ll do

Co‑ordinate the selection and recruitment of top talent for salaried and variable roles

Manage the onboarding/offboarding and full life cycle for the Remote Worker team

Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes

Drive continuous improvement of people processes, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency and scalability

Be a culture champion; attending the office regularly to co‑coordinate engagement activity for both in‑person and remote global audiences

Coordinate and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones, ensuring consistent and equitable recognition of individual and team accomplishments

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, working closely with HR and internal DEI teams/committee to develop and implement programmes that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment

Work with the Global People team to identify trends in employee engagement and performance, and develop actionable insights to drive employee satisfaction and retention across the Global Shopping team

What we need from you

At least two years’ experience in a People function

Good knowledge of HR best practices, UK employment law and people management tools

Experience and enthusiasm for driving engagement in a hybrid/global environment

Experience using and leveraging an HRIS

Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and multitasking skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Regular attendance in the London office (min. two days per week)

What you’ll get from us

A supportive, inclusive culture; we care about each other, our customers and our planet

The flexibility to achieve a work/life balance with hybrid working – especially when balancing work with family or personal commitments

A supportive, inclusive culture; we care about each other, our customers and our planet

Pension, with employer contributions up to 8%

Subsidised gym membership

Private medical insurance

Employee Assistance Programme

Free lunch from JustEat for Business each day you’re in the office

16 hours volunteering time per year along with donation matching

Enhanced parental leave, with specific support in place for returning to work parents

Join us at our bright, spacious open‑plan office. Situated in the heart of London, we occupy all three floors of Yeoman House in Clerkenwell. The area is home to a wonderful array of cafés, restaurants, pubs and galleries. For the more adventurous, there's some of the best street food London has to offer right on our doorstep. We don’t expect you to be in the office every day – there’s plenty of flexibility so you can achieve a great work/life balance.

To apply, please send us your CV with a 200‑300 word covering letter outlining why this role and VoucherCodes appeal to you (remember we’ll also have your CV so use this space to tell us what you’re excited about rather than what you’ve already achieved).
