We are seeking an experienced PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong expertise in Smart Dispute framework to lead the design and implementation of complex PEGA solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting scalable applications, ensuring adherence to PEGA best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions for financial dispute management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement PEGA applications leveraging Smart Dispute framework for financial dispute resolution.
  • Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Leadership & Governance:
  • Act as the technical lead for PEGA projects, guiding development teams and ensuring compliance with PEGA guardrails.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Requirements & Design:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Prepare high-level and detailed design documents, including class structures, data models, and process flows.
  • Integration & Deployment:
  • Integrate PEGA applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols.
  • Oversee deployment activities and ensure smooth transition to production environments.
  • Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • PEGA Certification:
  • Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Minimum 13+ years of PEGA experience, with at least 4+ years as LSA.
  • Hands‑on experience with Smart Dispute framework for financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, decisioning, and integration capabilities.
  • Domain Knowledge:
