A Multi-Academy Trust in the United Kingdom is looking for a full-time pastoral role to manage the behaviour, welfare, and academic achievements of students. Responsibilities include working with students, parents, and staff to support learning progress and implementing interventions for high-quality pastoral care. This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary and full induction training provided. The position starts on February 2, 2026, after closing applications on January 7, 2026.

Salary: Scale 6 - £31,537 - £33,699 pro rata (£29,165 - £31,165 actual per year)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, term-time plus 3 weeks

Start Date: Monday 2nd February 2026
To work within the Pastoral Team managing the behaviour, welfare and academic achievement of students within a designated group of pupils. Working closely with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning and progress and support the development of high standards in all aspects of pupil behaviour, attitude and learning culture. Regularly analysing data to inform and implement proactive, as well as reactive, intervention, mentoring or counselling to ensure our learning ethos is supported through high quality pastoral care where every child can blossom and make rapid progress.
Full induction training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
