A top automotive retailer in Gateshead is looking for an experienced Parts Telesales Advisor to join their team. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, processing parts orders via phone, email, and app, and providing expert advice on automotive parts. Ideal candidates should be confident communicators and team players, with customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Permanent, full-time
42.5 hours per week (between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:00 - 13:30 on rota basis)

You have arrived at the right place, here at Gateshead PartsPlus we are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Telesales Advisor to join our successful team. PartsPlus is owned by Ford Motor Company and are true experts in their field of automotive Parts for all vehicles.
Reporting to the Telesales Supervisor, the Telesales Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers, by taking Parts orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App. The role also entails supporting Customers and providing expert advice on Parts.
