Qualifications

  • Fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC.
  • Registered performer with your NHS area team or health board.
  • MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain within 12 months).
  • On track to meet statutory points requirement for CPD.

Responsibilities

  • Complete eye examinations and extended service examinations.
  • Support the Dispensing Optician Manager with training and coaching.
  • Deliver NHS extended service care and assist in meeting accreditation requirements.
