Relyon Cleaning Services is a privately owned business, established over 25 years ago delivering various services to many prestigious clients across the Bristol and the Southwest, with offices in Bristol, Devon and Cornwall. Our clients include Hartnell Taylor Cook, Sirona Health & Care, Bupa, and Bristol Zoo Project to name a few.

Due to business expansion and contract wins, we are looking to increase our team with a vacancy for a mobile cleaning operative within the Bristol and surrounding areas.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated mobile cleaning operative to join our expanding team. Your duties will include carrying out routine cleaning tasks in and around Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

The right candidate will need to own a smart phone to clock into sites using our electronic clocking in system. RelyOn Services are a national company looking for those people willing to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. In return we provide ongoing training, uniform and up to 28 days holiday per year pro‑rota.

Mobile Cleaner Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Be able to clean to a high standard, following COSHH & colour coding rules
  • Carry out general cleaning duties, covering sites, holidays and sickness, follow a cleaning schedule
  • Perform periodic deep cleans
  • Manage equipment, materials and stock levels. Liaise with Cleaning Management Team to report and address any specific requirements or concerns.
  • Be self‑motivated & able to work efficiently on your own and within a team, manage your time effectively
  • Comply with signing in and out on time and attendance system.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Full uniform and equipment to complete the role is provided.
  • Overtime available, weekdays at standard rate, weekends at time and a half, Bank Holidays at double time.
  • Company phone will be provided.
  • Company vehicle will be provided. You will collect and return each day to the Bristol head office.
Shifts

Your shift pattern is determined by the business needs. You will be required to work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and may be required to work some weekends and bank holidays. You must be flexible on start and finish times as AM & PM shifts will be required due to the nature of the role.

Interview requirements
  • Eligibility documents needed at interview:
  • Passport, Driving Licence or Full Birth Certificate. Non UK Nationals must also supply valid share code.
  • 2x Utility Bills showing current address and dated within 3 months (not mobile phone)
  • Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRCครง letter.
  • Change of Name Documents if applicable (Marriage Certificate or Change of Name Deeds)

In addition:

  • Basic DBS Certificate or link to update service if held
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate if held
