A leading fitness company in Gateshead is seeking a Paid Media Creative to design impactful ads across platforms like Meta and TikTok. This role involves owning the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring assets are innovative and effective. The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a Paid Media Creative to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing scroll-stopping ads that drive results across Meta, TikTok and beyond. From bold graphics to dynamic video and motion content, you’ll create assets designed to perform at every stage of the funnel.
You’ll take ownership of the full creative process – from developing concepts and storyboards through to delivering polished, platform-ready ads. That includes shaping visuals, integrating UGC, adding motion and animation, and adapting content for different placements and funnel stages. You’ll also keep a pulse on trends, review performance data and refine creatives to maximise impact.
Collaboration will be key in this role. You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to ensure every asset is innovative, on-brand and built with platform and purpose in mind – helping take our paid media to the next level.
This role is based full-time at our Gateshead offices. Mon – Fri 37.5hrs/week.

*The ideal candidate will be an experienced creative who is confident working across both video and static formats, and able to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. You’ll be proactive, organised, and collaborative – someone who can take ownership of projects while working closely with the wider marketing team to deliver high-quality, performance-driven creatives.
You’ll also bring curiosity and a willingness to experiment, particularly with AI tools and emerging technologies. Experience using AI in creative workflows is a strong advantage, but a drive to learn and explore new ways of working is just as important. *
