A leading outdoor adventure organization in Ambleside is seeking an experienced Outdoor Instructor to provide high-quality technical support and instruction across various programmes. Responsibilities include delivering outdoor technical instruction, ensuring safety, and supporting equipment maintenance. Ideal candidates will possess multiple outdoor qualifications, such as Rock Climbing Instructor and Paddlesport Leader. We’re looking for an Outdoor Instructor with a wide breadth of experience and qualifications to deliver high-quality outdoor technical support, instruction and safety cover across Brathay’s programmes. These include schools and universal youth programmes, apprentices, graduates and professional development work.
You’ll be part of a small, close‑knit outdoor technical support team, working alongside our diverse training teams and associate practitioners.
