Your role

Are you passionate about motorbikes and looking for a varied role within a premium motorcycle brand? Lloyd BMW Motorrad/Honda based in Carlisle is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Support team member to help keep our dealership running smoothly across both sales and aftersales functions.

This position is ideal for someone who loves motorbikes and wants to build a career in the motorcycle industry.

Due to the nature of the role the salary will be dependent on experience and both salary & hours will be discussed during the interview stage.

This is a varied and hands‑on role supporting both the Sales and Aftersales teams. From assisting with customer enquiries and vehicle administration to supporting workshop and service processes.

Role Responsibilities could include:

  • Supporting the Sales team with administration, customer enquiries, and vehicle handovers.
  • Assisting Aftersales with service bookings, invoicing, and customer communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes.
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the BMW Motorrad dealership.

Your profile

  • Has a passion for motorbikes and motorcycle culture
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, varied environment
  • Has good communication and organisational skills
  • Is looking to develop a long‑term career within BMW Motorrad/Honda
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided.
