In this role, you’ll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Unum’s Operational Resilience Framework — ensuring we can effectively prepare for, withstand, and recover from disruption. You’ll oversee Business Continuity Planning, support Technology on Disaster Recovery, run scenario and resilience testing, and act as a key member of our Crisis Management arrangements.
