Job description
**Office Manager**This is a fully office-based role, in Edinburgh city centre, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in service delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.**What you’ll be doing:**You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality office environments across your assigned FNZ locations, acting as the first point of contact for facilities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Day to day, you’ll: * Coordinate and manage assigned office locations in line with FNZ values and global standards* Act as the first point of contact for office calls, meetings and visitors* Manage office suppliers and procurement to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service* Oversee office security alongside IT, building management and reception teams* Manage Health & Safety requirements, including checklists, policies and training* Liaise with contractors on facilities and building issues, tracking actions through to completion* Coordinate office moves, refurbishments and layout changes as required* Manage meeting rooms, AV equipment, catering and hospitality arrangements* Support new starter onboarding and maintain up-to-date office manuals* Manage office consumables, stationery and kitchen supplies* Track month-on-month office spend and manage local office budgets* Maintain office documentation on SharePoint* Support sustainability initiatives across FNZ offices* Provide holiday cover within the Support Services team* Support ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth day-to-day operations**What we’re looking for:**This is a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and service-driven, and who takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming workplace.You’ll need: * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail* A proactive, problem-solving mindset* Confidence managing suppliers, contractors and stakeholders* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office environment* A flexible and adaptable approach to work* A professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Ability to work independently while being a strong team playerAt FNZ, we’re reshaping the future of wealth management technology.
