A well-respected charity in England is seeking a Night Housing Support Officer to provide critical support to young people in supported accommodation. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, facilitating independence, and maintaining records. Candidates should have knowledge of housing support, an NVQ in relevant fields is desirable. This role offers a competitive wage of £14.07 per hour along with various employee benefits.

We are recruiting for a Night Housing Support Officer to join our Housing team. You will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of duties to include delivering high quality support and personal development opportunities to young people in our supported accommodation, and to flexibly respond to individual needs and assist individuals to have the maximum opportunities to direct the support to live as independently as possible.
Knowledge of supported housing provision, understanding of the needs of young people, and working within Equal Opportunities and Diversity issues. Desirable: Level 3 NVQ or higher in Housing, Social Work or Youth Work, a current First Aid qualification, and knowledge of general duties of night work within supporting housing.
