Responsibilities

• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product and construction.
• Attending to the needs of visitors and potential purchasers.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork.
• Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and valuers.
• Ensuring the Sales Centre and Show Homes are well maintained.
• Sales of customer extras within agreed targets.
