Qualifications

• Experience working with Main Works Contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and ensure compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts under NEC4 Option C.
• Lead cost forecasting, budget tracking, and commercial reporting.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to manage contractor relationships.
• Maintain risk registers and manage change control.
• Share knowledge with junior team members.
