Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building fabric services.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to work from smartphone and PDA systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, maintenance, and installation works on fire doors.
• Perform reactive maintenance repairs across various contracts.
• Ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to at all times.
