Vines of Guildford is looking for a MINI Sales Executive.

Your role

You’ll ensure every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI fits into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products always maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
  • Prospecting new customers by telephone, looking after email contacts and walk‑ins.
  • Maintaining our state‑of‑the‑art customer contact system with up‑to‑date and accurate records.
  • Ensure product knowledge is kept up‑to‑date and relevant.
  • Provide exception customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention.

Hours: 08:30 – 18:00 working 5 days a week over Monday – Friday period & Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: £25,250 OTE £46,350 and a company car
