Key Duties:

• Oversee the full development cycle and coordinate with other project teams toensure timely delivery and alignment.
• Optimize team processes byidentifying bottlenecks, managing dependencies, maintaining workload balance, and ensuring efficient use ofthe budget.
• Monitor team activities, resolve disputes, manage conflicts, and support team motivation, autonomy, and goal alignment.
• Set upand maintain project management tools, project documentation, PMlibraries, and a well-prepared backlog.
• Track progress ontasks and agreements, forecast estimates based onteam velocity and risks, and facilitate effective team meetings.
• Identify, analyze, and assess risks with the team; communicate risk-related information tostakeholders; and contribute todeveloping risk response strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years ofexperience inGameDev project management, including work iniGaming and with various contract types.
• Proven ability tomanage and coordinate multiple projects indynamic environments using methodologies such asLean, Waterfall, Kanban, and Agile (including SCRUM).
• Strong expertise inrequirements documentation (SRS, TR, TDD) and solid understanding ofSDLC, mobile app development, and deployment processes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with strong attention todetail and multitasking ability.
• Practical experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and additional collaboration tools such asMiro and Google Docs.
• Advanced C1English proficiency(Upper-intermediate В2English proficiency can bereviewed), experience working with international clients, and the ability tostay flexible and resilient under pressure.
