A leading wealth management firm is looking for a Middle Office Administrator to provide exceptional client service by managing account openings and amendments. This role includes tasks such as tracking client cases, banking cheques, and supporting Investment Managers with documentation. The ideal candidate will have a high level of numeracy and accuracy, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office. A hybrid working pattern is offered, with the position being fixed term until September 30, 2026.

In this role you will provide excellent client service by delivering the initiation of the account opening/account amendments process, including reviewing documentation, assessing completeness and monitoring until completion. If you have a high level of accuracy with data inputting and enjoy working at pace to deliver a great service, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
