What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate medical cases for international clients and dependants
• Provide remote medical advice via phone and digital platforms
• Liaise with global healthcare providers to gather medical info and coordinate treatment
• Review medical reports and assess standards of care
• Recommend fitness to travel and provide pre-travel medical guidance

About You

• NMC-registered (RGN) with at least 3 years’ post-registration experience
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Collaborative and comfortable in a multidisciplinary team
• Confident using technology to deliver remote patient care
• Experience in medical assistance, case management, or insurance is a bonus
