Full‑time onsite role at Heathrow Airport. Work with fuel infrastructure, performing quality control tests and routine maintenance across 650 refuelling points.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Jet A‑1 product quality testing and minor maintenance & inspection to ensure fit‑for‑purpose delivery to aircraft.
- Contribute to a proactive Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) culture with zero incident goal.
- Lead or participate in toolbox talks, permit‑to‑work activities and risk assessments.
- Follow site safety rules, report unsafe acts or near misses, and support HSSE initiatives.
- Maintain accurate paper & electronic records of tasks, following Jig‑2 procedures.
- Drive and operate light‑duty vehicles, pit cleaners and rigid tankers (HGV Class 2 licence highly desirable).
- Support emergency responses and attend training activities required by managers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good understanding of mechanics, preferably with process plant background.
- Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
- Reasonable IT literacy.
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts (4‑on/4‑off) covering early, late and night blocks.
- Full UK driving licence; HGV Class 2 or Class 1 highly advantageous.
- Basic security clearance (DBS) for airside work.
- Relevant technical qualification – NVQ Level 2/3 or higher preferred.

Key Responsibilities
