Your new role
  • Design and specification of sustainable and cost-effective mechanical systems
  • Site visits for appraisals, surveys, and condition reports
  • Ensuring mechanical systems meet performance, efficiency, and regulatory standards
  • Preparation of technical documentation including schedules, drawings, and reports
  • HVAC system design, domestic water services, and drainage layouts
  • Delivery of high-quality work with strong attention to detail
What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical building services design, either with a consultancy or contractor.
  • Proficiency in MEP Revit and CAD
  • Level 4 qualification in a building services or mechanical engineering-related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
