Join us and make a difference too!**Job Title:** LATAM Marketing Manager**Location:** Mexico - remoteBSI’s Assurance division is hiring a **LATAM Marketing Manager** to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy across Latin America with a primary focus on Mexico.In this role, you will translate global strategy into high-impact, localized programs that fuel pipeline and revenue across System Certification, Training, and ISA, while leading our regional Center of Excellence (CoE) for campaign development, design, and digital execution.You’ll also serve regionally as a Theme Lead for Quality & Mobility, setting the bar for messaging and integrated campaigns used across the Americas.If you thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and can flex from strategy to hands-on execution, this role is for you!**What you’ll own:*** LATAM GTM leadership: Build and deliver the marketing plan for Latin America (with Mexico emphasis) aligned to commercial targets and sector priorities.* Localization that wins: Adapt global/regional campaigns to local language, culture, regulation, and buyer behavior.* Partner with the business: Collaborate effectively with Sales and Training to shape marketing strategies that move pipeline and revenue.**How you’ll lead:*** Team & CoE leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the LATAM marketing team and Regional CoE; set priorities, raise skills, and ensure high-quality execution.* Operational excellence: Drive clarity, workload management, and accountability using project tools (e.g., Workfront); uphold brand, compliance, and governance standards.**How you’ll execute:*** Full-funnel, integrated campaigns: Orchestrate email, web, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, events/webinars, and ABM to create demand and accelerate conversions.* Digital & demand-gen mastery: Increase engagement, improve targeting, and optimize journeys; manage lead workflows in Salesforce and Pardot (segmentation, routing, nurture).* Budget ownership: Plan, allocate, and track the LATAM marketing budget for maximum ROI.* Vendor leadership: Manage local partners (design, translation, event logistics, media buying) to deliver on brief, on brand, on budget.* Brand & governance: Ensure every asset meets BSI’s standards and regional regulatory requirements.**How you’ll measure success:*** Performance & analytics: Track KPIs and attribution, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with data teams on ROI reporting.* Optimize in real time: Use funnel insights to test, learn, and iterate maximizing conversion and marketing-influenced revenue.**Regional Theme Leadership (Quality & Mobility):*** Set the bar regionally: Define positioning, content strategy, and integrated campaigns for Quality & Mobility.* Scale best practices: Align global messaging with LATAM needs; enable knowledge-sharing and consistent activation across countries.**What you bring:*** Strategic clarity & executional rigor: You turn business goals into actionable programs that deliver measurable impact.* Proven demand gen: History of campaigns that drive MQLs, pipeline, and conversion in complex B2B environments.* LATAM expertise: Deep understanding of Mexico and broader LATAM buyer behavior, channels, and regulatory nuances.* Localization mastery: You have experience in tailoring global content/messages for maximum regional relevance.* Relationship builder: Confident collaborator across Sales, Training, and global teams.* Operational savvy: Budget management, vendor oversight, and performance reporting are second nature.* Martech fluency: Hands-on with Salesforce and Pardot (required); familiarity with Marketo, Workfront, SEO/SEM, paid media, and ABM tactics.* Organized & adaptable: Comfortable switching from big-picture strategy to precise execution; continuous-improvement mindset.* Segment & persona chops: You tailor narratives and offers by industry, role, and stage to move deals forward.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).* 6+ years progressive B2B marketing experience (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries ideal), including 3+ years leading people.* Proven experience executing marketing across Mexico and broader LATAM.* Success running multi-channel GTM in a complex organization.* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing professionals and foster cross-functional collaboration.* Strong digital demand gen/ABM background and CRM-led workflows (Salesforce/Pardot required).* Familiarity with ISO, assurance, training, or compliance services (preferred).* Knowledge of Quality or Mobility sectors (preferred).**Language Requirements**A strong command of English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential - both verbal and written.
