A mixture of office (central London) and home working is anticipated with this role

Are you currently working as a Marketing Executive looking to progress your career? Here at the Royal Society of Medicine we are seeking someone who will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of marketing activities including acquisition, retention and event marketing campaigns. The role involves working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels but particularly members at senior level.

We are looking for a confident, approachable individual with excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and get their buy in.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver multiplatform and multichannel marketing activity to attract new members
  • Ensuring timely marketing of a range of events, content and services
  • Deliver multiplatform marketing activity to retain current members
  • Drive attendance at all RSM and partner events
  • Create compelling content and campaigns.

You will have a track record of monitoring and tracking performance of campaigns with a view to improving outcomes, conducting research to understand and segment audiences relevant for the RSM as well as understanding digital tools to support marketing campaigns.
