Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage numerous projects simultaneously.

Campaign ManagerCrosstown Concerts

This is an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team and play a key role in delivering successful concert campaigns. You will be responsible for the development, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across our diverse portfolio of tours and events.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Business Operations Manager, ensuring all promotional strategies align with financial objectives and operational capacities.

Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Delivery
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for multiple concurrent tours.
  • Focus strategies on achieving and exceeding established ticket sales targets and maximising return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage and control multi-platform marketing budgets for assigned shows. Work closely with the Business Operations Manager on sales forecasting and budget reconciliation.
  • Plan and optimise digital performance campaigns across SEM, PPC, email, and social media.
2. External Partnerships & Artist Relations
  • Act as a key marketing liaison with external partners, including artist management, booking agents, record labels, venues, and ticketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure consistent campaign messaging and delivery.
  • Work closely with promoters to understand priorities and align marketing resource allocation for tours and events.
3. Reporting & Analysis
  • Utilise ticketing data and platform analytics to monitor real-time campaign performance.
  • Generate precise, commercial post-campaign reports detailing key learnings and actionable recommendations for future strategy.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing or campaign management experience within the live music/concert promotion sector.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficient user of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and WordPress. A proven track record of delivering online media campaigns (including SEM, PPC, email and social) is a significant advantage.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage and reconcile multi-show budgets and track performance against commercial KPIs.
  • High-Volume Management: Exceptional organisational skills and the capacity to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
