About the role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and tech‑confident marketer to join our team as Marketing & Business Support Manager.

This is a pivotal, hands‑on role at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the company, keeping our systems running smoothly, supporting marketing and communications activity, and providing practical business support that helps everyone do their best work.

You’ll be someone people naturally turn to for help, solutions and organisation – comfortable juggling priorities, improving processes and getting stuck in wherever needed.

What the role entails

Marketing Support

  • Support marketing and communications activity across the business with email, social media and the website
  • Support teams to use the CRM effectively, improving consistency, data quality and reporting
  • Create, schedule and send marketing emails via HubSpot
  • Draft and schedule social media posts and update website content
  • Deliver light design work using templates and brand guidelines
  • Support internal communications and marketing administration
  • Assist with the production of podcast series

Events Support

  • Support the planning and delivery of events and webinars of varying size and scope
  • Assist with coordination of client dinners, roundtables and internal events
  • Support the company’s presence at major industry events and conferences
  • Help manage event logistics, communications and collateral

IT & Systems Support

  • Act as first-line IT support for the business, troubleshooting day‑to‑day issues and liaising with external providers where required
  • Support the set‑up, maintenance and access management of company systems and software
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding from an IT and systems perspective

Business Support

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination, documentation and internal communications
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and business support to teams as required
  • Help maintain tidy, efficient systems for files, documents and shared resources
About you
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple areas
  • Confident with IT systems, CRMs and digital tools (HubSpot experience desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Comfortable working independently, while enjoying being part of a collaborative team
  • Clear communicator who enjoys helping others and improving how things work
The offer
  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday leave + one volunteering day
  • Central London office with great coffee, free snacks and a free on‑site gym with classes
  • Flexible and hybrid working options
  • Private medical insurance (if permanent)

While we offer flexible working, the successful candidate will need to be available to travel to central London when required and may occasionally be asked to travel further afield to support business activity.
