You will assist in the update, development & documentation of assembly processes for optimum safety & efficiency in line with Caterpillar Production System guiding principles, across the product range.**What You Will Do:**As **Manufacturing Engineer Technician**, your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:* Lead investigations and implement improvement actions identified through Continuous Improvement (CI) cards, while managing Organisational Change (MOC) processes.* Drive engineering changes on the shop floor.* Conduct risk assessments and champion robust process changes for high-energy hazards.* Create, maintain, and update process documentation.* Deliver proactive process improvements and root cause investigations using Lean tools.* Oversee the development of new or replacement tooling, including templates, gauges, jigs, and fixtures.**NB.** The panel cannot make assumptions when shortlisting therefore please demonstrate your qualifications and experience on your CV relevant to the criteria outlined.
